Yeah saving $500 would be nice, but I'll wait until they're actually being delivered before I plunk down a non-refundable deposit. Realistically if I wanted a good mileage car for $7000 this isn't what I would buy, I would much rather go find a really clean CRX or something which are harder and harder to find but you could get a good one for that much money.

I agree, the "Non-Refundable" part is what kept me from reserving one. I'll just wait until they have a dealership open and then go there.
I also gave some thought to what you are saying about the CRX, but I'd still rather have the Elio. Mainly because it is different and will be brand new.
